Muhktar Offices


In Izmir, a mukhtar is assigned to each neighborhood and they cooperate primarily with the Mukhtars Desk of our authority as well as the district municipalities and district governorships and inform the administrative centers about our citizens’ and guests’ wishes, complaints and suggestions about urban services and activities.
Parents’ certificate of residence is issued by the mukhtars for our foreign guests.
All necessary official papers are provided by the Governorship’s Immigration Authority and Department of Civil Registry.
