Opening new roads and boulevards, constructing bridges, asphalting or cementing existing roads, avenues and boulevards, constructing rain water drainage and sewage systems, producing asphalt, ready mixed concrete, concrete paving stone strip, precast elements and aggregate, building new park areas, arranging existing parks, constructing lighting and irrigation systems, arranging new recreational areas, constructing sports facilities; building infrastructure, superstructure and engineering structures on residential areas, cleaning wall poster and graffiti around Izmir city, constructing underpasses and overpasses, producing and installing grate inlets and shaft elevation in parallel to asphalting works, installing highway barriers, supplying construction equipment and workforce, guiding crisis teams in cases of emergencies and providing necessary assistances, running water sales stations to offer affordable and healthy drinking water to Izmir public by establishing a network directly from the natural water spring without human intervention, offering mechanical street sweeping, providing and running tow trucks used by Izmir Metropolitan Municipality for traffic services and operating debris dumping sites.

Our company, owned by the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, was established in 1984 in Bayındır district of Izmir in cooperation with the state, civil society and the citizens. The company put the olive oil factory in service first, then the brick factory. The company, which continued its operations until the beginning of 2000, was transferred to Izmir Metropolitan Municipality after the closure of its major shareholder, Izmir Special Provincial Administration with Law No. 6360 published in the Official Gazette dated 6/12/2012 and numbered 28489.
