In The "International Under-12 Izmir Cup," which will be held on April 7-9 with the support of the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, will compete 72 teams and approximately 1,500 athletes from 20 countries. The Jerseys to be signed by ‘A’ team players of participating teams, will be sold by auction. The revenues will be donated to the victims of earthquake.
Izmir will host the "International Under-12 Izmir Cup" in football between April 7-9. The organization will be held in cooperation with Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Youth and Sports Services Department, Altınordu Sports Club, Turkey Football Federation, the Ministry of Youth and Sports. Approximately 1,500 athletes from 72 teams and 20 countries, 42 of which are foreign, will compete. The tournament will be held at Altınordu Selçuk İsmet Orhunbilge Facilities.
The biggest tournament of Europe
The final match of the tournament, which enables the discovery of the past of many athletes who play football actively and professionally in Turkey and Europe, will be on April 9, 2023.
The aim of the organization is to give countenance to children to play sports and have fun with their peers from all over the world. In order to ensure the equality of occasion in sports, a local organization will be hold by İzmir Metropolitan Municipality among all amateur sports clubs in the city. The two teams competing in the final will qualify to play in the tournament and will have the chance to contest with the leading representatives of the world. This important tournament will enable talented children under the age of 12 to be discovered and take a big step in their careers. It will contribute greatly to the international recognition of İzmir.

The organization will host well-known clubs such as Fenerbahçe, Galatasaray, Beşiktaş, Trabzonspor, Bayern Munich, Juventus, PSG, Ajax and Porto.
