İzmir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Tunç Soyer visited HORECA Fair, HORECA EDT, Pack Fair Turkey and FoodFair Turkey, hosted by İzmir Metropolitan Municipality.

Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Tunç Soyer visited the four fairs, which were inaugurate by GL Platform on March 6 at Fuar Izmir, hosted by the Metropolitan Municipality. Meeting with The 4th International Hotel Restaurant, Cafe, Laundry Equipment, Hospitality and Accommodation Technologies Fair (HORECA Fair), International Out-of-Home Consumption Fair (HORECA EDT) Packaging Technologies Fair (Pack Fair Turkey) and the participants , visitors of the Food Fair Turkey , Food Fair Turkey, Mayor Soyer wished a successful fair.

The 400 brands included.
The inauguration of 4 fairs held in İzmir, was made with black ribbons due to the earthquake disaster . At the fair, which is the meeting point of the industry,  there were  approximately 400 brands consisting of hotel textile, furniture, packaging, food, kitchen, hotel room, laundry, restaurant products and equipment, lighting, security systems, pool and accessories, cooling groups, hotel and restaurant construction consultancy companies. A 200 square meter “Solidarity Kitchen” was set up in the fair area. In the solidarity kitchen, the chefs boiled the cauldrons for the earthquake victims hosted in Izmir. The Members Association of Turkish Cooks Federation presented a selection of flavors unique from their region throughout the day. “The Kemeraltı Street”, which was set up for the first time this year, also left its mark on the fair.
