The 4th International Hotel Restaurant, Cafe, Laundry Equıpment, Hospitality and Accomodation Technologies HORECA FAIR; hosted by Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, Packaging Technologies Fair-Pack İzmir, Food Products Fair-Food Fair, Fair İzmir started to host its visitors.

The HORECA Fair,the  Pack Fair Turkey and the FoodFair Turkey which have been organized by GL Platform and hosted by İzmir Metropolitan Municipality, opened their doors at Fuar İzmir. Mustafa Özuslu, the Deputy Mayor of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality;  Neptün Soyer, the Chairman of the Village-Coop Izmir Association; the Chairman of the Izmir Chamber of Commerce, Selami Özpoyraz; the President of the Union of Chambers of Tradesmen and Craftsmen of Izmir, Zekeriya Mutlu; IZFAS the General Manager Canan Karaosmanoğlu Alıcı ; The General Manager of GL Fairs  Gül Ceylan; the representatives of chambers, unions , associations, cooperative partners, industry professionals attended the opening of the fairs that will continue until 9 March. The Fairs that will host visitors at Fuar İzmir until March 9, will make a great contribution to the economy of the city.

Özuslu: “It is time to put forward a great interdependency  sound from İzmir”
The Deputy Mayor of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Mustafa Özuslu, who started his speech by making mention of  the earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş, said; I hope this will be a warning to all managers who take part in different  mechanisms of decision for the future of the country. These very important studies have already initiated in İzmir under the leadership of our president. However, life must go on so that we may find the strength, the power, and the opportunity to build durable cities. Whoever contributes to any service in Izmir, contributes to tourism, agriculture, industry and trade; they latch string are out. We will continue to latch string are out  them , who are doing whatever to make İzmir a more durable, prosperous and livable city? We should make these fairs very prosperous so that we can put forward a great interdependency  sound and greetings to the companies that want to participate from the region of earthquake , but whose businesses has been damaged due to the earthquake. The 400 companies and more than 18 thousand visitors in four days

More than 18 thousand visitors and nearly 400 companies will meet at Fuar İzmir. The Bilateral business meetings will be held at the fair, which will bring together 250 professional buyers from abroad. “The Earthquake Solidarity Kitchen” of 200 square meters has been established in the fairground,  In cooperation with GL Platform Fairs, İzmir Cooks Association, Yaşar University, İzmir Economy Club Gastronomy Association and İzmir Restaurant Chamber. Here,every day, the cooks will boil the cauldrons  for the earthquake victims hosted in Izmir.
