İzmir International Informatics Law Congress will be held between 9-11 June 2010 at the International Izmir Fair Center in cooperation with Izmir Metropolitan Municipality and Informatics Associations of Turkey.
Many subjects will be discussed during the congress such as security of internet and informal crime fight with the participation of international experts. During the congress, secure internet, protection personal right, protection measures and digital proof will be discussed in the workshops, panel discussions by the experts. Also Mr. Keith Mularski – special FBI agent, Prof. Dr. Mr. Hendrik Kaspersen who prepared the cybercrime agreement in European Council, Microsoft representatives and many famous specialists in their fields.
During the congress there will be 7 panel discussions, 1 forum, 8 workshops, 16 seminars and more than 30 academic presentations. The cogresss will be held with the support of Supreme Court of Appeals, Ministry of justice, Ministry of Communications, State Planning Organization, Information Technology and Communication Institution, Law Academy of Turkey, Bar Association of Turkey, Notaries Association of Turkey, İzmir Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, Dokuz Eylül University, Aegean University, İzmir University of Economics, Yaşar University, Gediz University, İzmir Bar Association, İzmir Chamber of Commerce, Aegean Region Chamber of Industry and UNIBEL A.Ş. and problems of informatics and law encountered both in international platforms and in Turkey will be discussed.
International Informatics Law Congress target audience is adjudicators, attorney generals, attorneys, notaries, law and informatics worker, educator, academics and informatics security experts, legal informatics experts, software computer engineers and system analysts. The congress is only open to professional visitors. Approximately 3000 professional participants including 300 training adjudicator and attorney general are expected to attend during 3 days.
